Our Response to COVID-19
The well-being and safety of our customers and employees remains a top priority for First Heritage Credit! We have undertaken all reasonable precautions as outlined by the CDC to ensure the protection and health of our employees and our customers so our services may continue to be available to our customers. Our branches remain ready to help you with your financial needs!
If you have been out of the country or traveled to a location within the US identified as a COVID-19 "hot spot" in the last 14 days, are experiencing any symptoms, or have known exposure to COVID-19, please call your local Branch instead of visiting the office. Our employees are encouraged to wear masks pursuant to CDC, OSHA, and other guidelines. We ask for the courtesy and cooperation of our customers to do the same. When a mask is required by local law/ordinance, customers should not enter our Branches without a mask. Additionally, we ask that you maintain 6 feet for proper social distancing when visiting our Branches. All of these requests will help us keep you, our other customers, and staff safe.
