The Text Message Program sends subscribers account notices, reminders, updates and marketing offers from 1st Heritage Credit. If your phone doesn’t support MMS, you will receive SMS instead. By providing your cell phone number, you have provided 1st Heritage Credit with consent to send you text messages in conjunction with the loan services you have requested. If you are already receiving text messages, it is because you consented to receiving text messages when you applied for a loan with us or over the course of your loan or because you texted a promotional keyword to one of our short codes (either 74121 or 33950). Customers who have Opted-in for account notices, reminders, and updates may receive approximately five (5) messages per week.

By Opting-in, you certify you are the subscriber or non-subscribing customary user and are authorized to consent to receive text messages on the mobile phone number provided and you are authorized to incur any message or data charges that may apply. You agree and acknowledge you have provided your consent to be contacted by text message in exchange for the loan or services you received from 1st Heritage Credit and that these Terms & Conditions shall be incorporated into any concurrent or subsequent agreements entered into between you and 1st Heritage Credit.
