Text Message Terms & Conditions

The Text Message Program sends subscribers account notices, reminders, updates and marketing offers from 1st Heritage Credit. If your phone doesn’t support MMS, you will receive SMS instead. By providing your cell phone number, you have provided 1st Heritage Credit with consent to send you text messages in conjunction with the loan services you have requested. If you are already receiving text messages, it is because you consented to receiving text messages when you applied for a loan with us or over the course of your loan or because you texted a promotional keyword to one of our short codes (either 74121 or 33950). Customers who have Opted-in for account notices, reminders, and updates may receive approximately five (5) messages per week.

If you are not currently receiving marketing offers via text message from us and would like to, please Opt-in by texting GOFHC to 33950.
Once you Opt-in, you may receive up to five (5) promotional messages per week.

Total number of messages may vary by account/preference/status.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular provider’s service plan, which may include fees from your carrier to send and/or receive text messages. Some of the text messages 1st Heritage Credit sends may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access. If you click on a link within a text message, data charges may apply. 1st Heritage Credit has no liability for the cost of any such text messages.

By Opting-in, you certify you are the subscriber or non-subscribing customary user and are authorized to consent to receive text messages on the mobile phone number provided and you are authorized to incur any message or data charges that may apply. You agree and acknowledge you have provided your consent to be contacted by text message in exchange for the loan or services you received from 1st Heritage Credit and that these Terms & Conditions shall be incorporated into any concurrent or subsequent agreements entered into between you and 1st Heritage Credit.

1st Heritage Credit cannot guarantee information sent via SMS is completely confidential. By Opting-in, you acknowledge text messages sent to your phone may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. As such, you agree to take steps to safeguard your phone and text messages so long as you would like any such messages to remain private. You will receive a final text message confirming you have Opted-out of account notices, reminders, and updates text messages. Carriers supported through our Text Message program include Alltel, Boost, Spring, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile, MetroPCS, and AT&T. 1st Heritage Credit and the Carriers are not liable for incomplete, lost, delayed, or undeliverable messages.

1st Heritage Credit’s Text Message Terms & Conditions can be modified at any time; the Text Message Program can be terminated at any time. The current version will be posted on the company’s website.
