MyAccount (the “Giveaway”)

• Promotion Period: The Giveaway begins on May 15, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern) and ends on June 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern) (“Promotion Period”).
• Sponsor and Administrator: First Heritage Credit, 101 N. Main St., #600, Greenville, South Carolina 29601.
• Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or Administrator and their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as a parent, spouse, child, sibling, and grandparent) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Giveaway prizes are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth in these Official Rules. Void where prohibited by law.
• How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter. You may enter by (a) enrolling in MyAccount on 1stHeritageCredit.com OR (b) mailing, prepaid, a 3 ½ x 5-inch postcard containing your legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address to First Heritage Credit: 101 N. Main St., #600, Greenville, South Carolina 29601. Regardless of the entry method, there is a limit of one (1) entry per person and entries received in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Enrollment in MyAccount must be completed by June 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern). Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, unintelligible, invalid, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
• Drawing/Winner: One (1) winner per each of the two states will be chosen and determined in a random drawing to take place on June 30, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern) from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Image/Testimonial Release Form and any other forms required by the Sponsor within five (5) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole option of Sponsor.
• Prize: There will be one (1) prize per each of the five (5) states offered for this Giveaway. Each prize is a $500 Amazon gift card which will be sent via email to the winner. Winner will not have the option to accept the prize in any cash or electronic form. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The total prize value of each prize is $500.
• General Rules: By entering this Giveaway, the entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and testimonial information for marketing, advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further compensation or right of review and/or approval, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found, in their sole discretion, to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules; (c) acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party, or like entry methods will void all such entries, and any participant using any such method will be disqualified.
• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANTS AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM AMBIGUITY IN THE RULES, AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, AND AMAZON, AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT, SUBSIDIARY, AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, “RELEASEES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, OR ANY LIABILITY OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF THE PRIZES THAT MAY BE AWARDED. WINNERS AGREE TO ACCEPT THE PRIZES “AS IS”, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE NONE OF THE RELEASEES HAS EITHER MADE OR IS IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR, ANY WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE PRIZES, INCLUDING EXPRESS WARRANTIES (IF ANY). ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS/REGULATIONS ARE APPLICABLE. ALL TAXES (INCLUDING INCOME TAXES) ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS. Releasees shall not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this Giveaway; any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway; any typographical, technological; or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s or Administrator's opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and/or bugs) compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this Giveaway in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared using the name on the applicable entry form.
• Winners List or Rules Requests: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or sponsor in connection with the Giveaway shall be directed to: First Heritage Credit 101 N. Main St., #600, Greenville, South Carolina 29601. Requests must be received by October 30, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (Eastern).
